When does the Free Trial account expire?

The Free Account is free-to-use forever. But there are limitations on the uses for each tool. We recommend upgrading to Platinum if you have a new or existing business.

Which plan is right for me?

Every use case is different for each seller. It depends on your business model and where you are in your seller journey. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with our friendly Customer Success team to make a more informed decision. If you are a Walmart Seller, there is limited access to Walmart tools in the Free Trial and Platinum Plans. If you want unlimited, full access to Walmart.com tools, the Diamond Plan or Elite Plan would be the best option.

Is Chrome Extension access included with the plans?

Access is limited with the Free Trial Plan, but Platinum Plan and above includes full access to all the tools in the Chrome Extension for both Amazon.com and Walmart.com

Which Amazon Marketplaces are supported by Helium 10?

How many authorized users can I have on my account?

Free and Platinum are designed to be single-user plans. Diamond Plan can add up to 3 additional users to their account, while Elite can add up to 5.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! Your plan can be upgraded at anytime directly through the Plans section within Helium 10. You can also reach out to support@helium10.com for assistance.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, there are no long-term commitments required for monthly plans. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by visiting the ‘Plans & Billing’ section of your account and selecting ‘Cancel’ or by reaching out to us at support@helium10.com.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes! But your subscription can be cancelled prior to the next renewal period to end your subscription if needed.

Does the Freedom Ticket Course require a separate purchase?

Helium 10 currently covers the cost of Freedom Ticket enrollment for Platinum, Diamond, and Elite subscriptions. As long as an active subscription is maintained, subscribers have full and unlimited access to Freedom Ticket. Otherwise, it’s $997 for standalone access.

Which plan includes Adtomic?

Adtomic is available in full with Diamond or Elite plans.

How much does Adtomic cost?

For our Diamond and Elite members, Adtomic is included at no extra cost. A 2% fee is assessed only on any PPC spend exceeding $20K each month. Accounts with under $20K in monthly PPC spend will only pay the Diamond/Elite subscription fee.
